Age Of Grace Adult Dance Class

A relaxed and friendly hour of dance. Sessions are £10 per class and no dance experience is necessary.

​Whether you’re new to dance or have lots of experience, Age of Grace is a dance group for the over 50’s, offering a fun, relaxed, and thoroughly enjoyable hour of dance every Thursday. It’s ideal for anyone who wants to improve their fitness and mobility or learn new routines to a variety of music while meeting new people.
